鋼筋連接套筒定義

1、鋼筋機械連接rebar mechanical splicing

通過鋼筋與套筒的機械咬合作用或鋼筋端面的承壓作用,將一根鋼筋中的力傳遞至另一根鋼筋的連接方法。

 2、套筒coupler

可傳遞鋼筋軸向拉力或壓力的鋼筋機械連接用鋼套管。

3、螺紋套筒threaded coupler

可與鋼筋螺紋連接的內孔呈螺紋的套筒。

4、直螺紋套筒parallel threaded coupler

內孔為直螺紋的螺紋套筒。

5、鐓粗直螺紋套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebars with upsetting end

可與鋼筋端部鐓粗段螺紋連接的直螺紋套筒。

6、剝肋滾軋直螺紋套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebarswith rib stripped before rlling

可與鋼筋錐螺紋連接的內孔為錐螺紋的螺紋套筒。

內孔為光孔用于帶肋鋼筋擠壓連接的套筒

10、直螺紋標準型套筒standard coupler for parallel threaded splicing of rebars

全長呈相同右旋直螺紋的套筒。

套筒兩端呈相同右旋錐螺紋的套筒。

全長呈相同內徑和壁厚用于擠壓標準型接頭的套筒。

兩端內徑不同用于不同直徑鋼筋連接的套筒。

兩端螺紋規格相同但旋向相反的螺紋套筒。

一端有便于鋼筋對中的內倒角而長度比標準型套筒加長的直螺紋套筒。

16、螺紋塞規thread plug gauge

具有與被檢螺紋相--致的螺紋牙型，能反映被檢內螺紋邊界條件的測量器具。

17、通端螺紋塞規thread plug go gauge

檢查內直螺紋最小邊界條件的螺紋塞規。

18、止端螺紋塞規thread plug no-go gauge

檢查內直螺紋最大邊界條件的螺紋塞規
